Data deletion
Three paths, depending on how much you want gone. None of them needs a phone call, and each one states below exactly what it deletes and when.
How to delete
Disconnect a platform
In Settings → Platforms, disconnect the platform. Its access tokens are deleted from our systems immediately, and deletion of the engagement and inbox data we synced from that platform starts at once. Campaign records and lead submissions already imported into your workspace are the workspace's own records: they stay, read-only, and are deleted with the brand or the workspace. To also withdraw the authorization on the platform's side, remove Dubinga in that platform's security or connected-apps settings.
Delete a brand
In Settings, an owner can delete a brand. That removes the brand's campaigns, lead submissions, assets and discussions in one transaction.
Email us for the rest
For a whole workspace or your account, write to the privacy address below from your account email address. We action deletion requests within one month, usually within days.
What gets deleted, and when
- Platform access tokens: deleted from our systems immediately when you disconnect; the platform-side authorization can additionally be withdrawn in that platform's own security settings.
- Engagement and inbox data synced from a platform: deletion starts at disconnect, with a daily sweep as the backstop. LinkedIn member profile references leave within 24 hours and LinkedIn member comments within 48 hours; YouTube data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. Campaign records and lead-form submissions already imported are your workspace's own business records — a disconnect leaves them in place, read-only, and they are deleted with the brand or the workspace.
- Backups: rotate out within at most 30 days of the deletion.
Deleting Dubinga's copy never deletes anything on the platform itself — your campaigns and posts stay on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn or X exactly as they are.
If you connected through Meta
Removing Dubinga under Settings → Apps and Websites inside Facebook or Instagram triggers our deletion callback automatically — no email needed. Meta then shows you a confirmation link with a code; that link opens our status page, where you can check that the request went through.
