Terms of service
Plain-language terms for a product where a human approves every consequential action. Read the approval and billing sections at least.
The agreement
By creating a workspace you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you do not have authority to bind that organization, do not create the workspace.
What the service does
Dubinga runs AI agents that analyze connected marketing platforms, produce work, and request your approval before publishing, spending or changing anything. Agent output is a recommendation, not professional advice, and you remain responsible for what you approve.
Accounts and members
You are responsible for your members' actions, for keeping credentials safe, and for removing access when someone leaves. Owners and admins can act on the whole workspace, including billing and connections.
Connected platforms
Connecting an advertising or social platform means you have the right to do so and you accept that platform's own terms. We act within the permissions you grant, and you can revoke them at any time from settings or from the platform.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, deceptive or infringing campaigns, no attempts to break tenant isolation or rate limits, no reselling the service as your own except under a plan that permits white-labelling. We may suspend a workspace that puts the platform or other tenants at risk.
Plans, credits and billing
Paid plans renew for the period you choose until cancelled. Credits are the usage unit and included credits reset each period without rolling over unless your plan says otherwise. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the period already started.
Your content and ours
Your brand knowledge, campaigns and generated work are yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you. The platform itself, including its interface and agent design, stays ours.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability and publish incidents when they matter, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee unless a separate enterprise agreement says otherwise.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms; material changes are announced before they take effect and continuing to use the service is acceptance. You can close your workspace at any time, and we can terminate for serious or repeated breach.
